Super Jewelry Co.'s return policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since "Client" (your) purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we will not offer "Client" (you) a refund.

Super Jewelry Co. will charge "Client" (you) a 10% re-stocking fee (per item) on all returns to which "Client" (you) are responsible for paying. 

All returned items by "Client" (you) must be in it's original and new condition to be eligible for a refund minus 10% re-stocking fee (per item) by Super Jewelry Co.

Exchange Policy:

Super Jewelry Co.'s exchange policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since "Client" (your) purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we will not offer "Client" (you) an exchange.

Super Jewelry Co. will provide "Client" (you) with a Store Credit Code if "Client" (you) are eligible for an exchange and Super Jewelry Co. will not charge "Client" (you) a re-stocking fee on exchanges only. 

All returned items by "Client" (you) must be in it's original and new condition to be eligible for an exchange by Super Jewelry Co.

Please allow Super Jewelry Co. 5-7 days for returns and/or exchanges to process.

Super Jewelry Co. will not provide "Client" (you) with a return and/or exchange of the following items due to the nature of the items:

Earrings
Personalized Jewelry
Engraved Jewelry
Custom Jewelry

Items must be in new, unworn condition. All returns by "Client" (you) are subject to inspection by Super Jewelry Co. Quality Control Team and Items that have been used or damaged will not be eligible for Returns and Exchanges. 

"Client" (you) must return item(s) packaged safely, with tracking provided to "Client" (you) by Super Jewelry Co. and Super Jewelry Co. is not responsible for any Lost Return Packages sent by "Client" (you).

Super Jewelry Co. will not refund Shipping charges purchased by "Client" (you).

If "Client" (you) are eligible for a Return/Exchange according to Super Jewelry Co.'s Return & Exchange Policy as stated above and "Client" (you) wants to start the Return/Exchange process, please email us at hello@superjewelryco.com

Lost Packages:

Please read carefully before making your purchase with Super Jewelry Co.

If an order made by "Client" (you) is marked and shows as Delivered, but the "Client" (you) did not receive it, it is the "Client's" (your) responsibility to contact USPS to find the package.

Super Jewelry Co. is not liable nor responsible for any Lost Packages once the package's order made by "Client" (you) is shipped out.

Super Jewelry Co. has no control over packages that are shipped out and are not liable nor responsible for packages if they are lost during transit. 

"Client" (you) are responsible for package(s) once "Client's" (your) order is shipped out by Super Jewelry Co.
