Super Jewelry Co.'s return policy lasts 7 days upon delivery date. If 7 days have gone by since "Client" (your) purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we will not offer "Client" (you) a refund or exchange.
There will be a 20% restocking fee for all refunds and/or cancelled orders.
All returned items by "Client" (you) must be in it's original and new condition to be eligible for a refund by Super Jewelry Co.
Special or custom orders are not eligible for refund/ exchange.

Did my due diligence, followed Super Jewelry Co on all social media, read all the reviews and reached out to Tony as I wanted a few pics of the actual product (width, length, color/shine) Tony responded immediately and within the hour he provided pics, videos, measurements, weight, etc…
