I love my bracelet. The price was awesome and delivery was right on time. The reason for my 4 star rating is that the link holding the clasp in place came loose and the bracelet fell off my arm while standing waiting for my carry on bag to come through security. Fortunately, I felt it fall off my arm. The link was nowhere to be found. Haven’t talked to support yet but will do so. Will keep you updated
