There will be a 20% restocking fee for all refunds and/or cancelled orders.
All returned items by "Client" (you) must be in it's original and new condition to be eligible for a refund by Super Jewelry Co.

Tony was super helpful I was going to get a 2.5mm but I ended up getting a 3mm sent me pictures of items before I bought emailed me and showed me app 10k stamps he made me feel comfortable before I bought he even weight out my item and told me the gram weight as soon as I got my item I checked it actually was more gold I also acid checked it so all u saying this is fake gold no it's real !!! Love my 3mm franco also asked for 2 pouches and a cleaner cloth he sent 2 for me can't wait to Copp my pendant from super jewelery co 👍🙏💯🔥
After purchasing a 2.5mm franco chain for Christmas from Tony on Etsy, I received my necklace to only find out that the necklace was too thin for my husband. After reaching out to Tony about my disappointment, Tony was so apologetic and helpful in explaining how jewelers measure the thickness of necklaces etc. he went as far as sending me multiple side by side pics etc. Anyway, after deciding to return the necklace, I worked with Tony to choose and purchase a 3.0mm size franco chain necklace directly from his SuperJewelry website, where he was kind enough to provide me a discount that placed the necklace within my budget. Anyway, I just received the necklace and it is beautiful (will post a pic on Etsy) and is a better size than the first purchase. Also, returning the original necklace was easy and refund was posted within days. At the moment would buy again from Tony and Super Jewelry Co.
